Artwork Origination
Finished artwork can be emailed or supplied on disk in most formats, eg Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand. To ensure a quality print we need digital artwork supplied at 300 dpi at the finished print size. High resolution hard copies are also acceptable, We are available to discuss your design ideas in their earliest format – there is no additional cost for this service.
This site represents a broad cross section of garments, however, with access to most major clothing distributors there are many more available – if it’s out there, we can usually find it or have it manufactured, so please enquire.
You may prefer to supply your own garments for us to print or embroider – if so please call or email to discuss.
Different designs and fabrics may require different printing techniques. For most substrates solvent based inks are fine, and make up the bulk of garment prints you will see in retail outlets, but where a softer feel is important, water based and discharge inks are an option. Special effects are also available, for example glitter, reflective, suede or expanding inks.
The usual logo method for formal shirts, polo shirts and jackets, embroidery is typically chosen to give a more corporate look.
Embroidery is diversifying however, and may now mean special stitch methods, applique, and 3D raised effects.
All of the above are of course mixed with print on the same garment for fashion and streetwear.
We can insert your label if manufacturing bespoke clothing, or cut out and re-label if using a garment supplied by a distributor.
You can have your shirts in a plain poly bag or even compressed into a plastic cube – if you have a packaging requirement let us know (minimums apply).
October will dispatch your goods at cost to any UK destination. For international orders please inquire.
